Bridget Cannata Denning

Meet Bridget Cannata Denning

Bridget is a proud fifth-generation San Franciscan. She represents clients in the sale of single-family homes, condominiums, TICs and multi-unit buildings throughout San Francisco.

Whether she be representing a seller, first-time buyer, or seasoned investor, Bridget is known to have excellent problem-solving skills as well as a deep understanding of the City’s history and diverse neighborhoods. She is a skilled negotiator who brings a wealth of energy and enthusiasm to her role and prides herself on always being available to her clients.

Prior to her real estate career, Bridget was a television reporter and anchor at several CBS and NBC affiliates across the United States — including Myrtle Beach/Florence, South Carolina, Kansas City, Missouri, and Sacramento, California. She graduated from Saint Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco, earned her bachelor’s degree from UCLA, and obtained a master’s degree in broadcast journalism from Syracuse University. During college, she also lived and studied in Seville, Spain.

Bridget has served as a member of the alumni board at Saint Ignatius and is a top fundraiser for the Steven D. Cannata Scholarship Fund. She has also completed two full marathons for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and has raised more than $55,000 towards research. Bridget is a San Francisco property owner. She lives in the City with her husband and children.
